Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of KingWorldCars.com. King World Cars currently operates as a luxury mobility marketplace and referral platform connecting customers with independent car-rental and yacht-charter providers.
1. Marketplace role
Unless clearly stated otherwise for a specific service, King World Cars does not own or operate the vehicles or yachts shown on the website and is not the final rental or charter provider. Availability, pricing, eligibility, deposits, insurance, cancellation rules, contracts, payment, delivery, pickup, and fulfilment are determined by the selected third-party provider.
2. Enquiries and availability
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability, price, or acceptance. Any quotation remains subject to confirmation by the relevant provider and its own terms.
3. Third-party bookings
When you are redirected to or contract with a third-party provider, that provider’s terms, privacy policy, payment rules, insurance conditions, age or licence requirements, and cancellation policy apply to the transaction.
4. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but vehicle models, yacht specifications, images, prices, locations, and availability can change without notice. Images may be illustrative unless expressly identified as the exact unit being offered.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with its operation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, King World Cars is not responsible for acts, omissions, service failures, accidents, losses, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from services supplied by independent third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform and its partner network develop. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page on KingWorldCars.com.
